LINK Consumer Council
The LINK Consumer Council was established by the LINK Scheme in April 2006 to provide advice on consumer issues that relate to the UK cash machine network, and to represent the interests of consumers in the governance and development of the network. The Council brings together consumer representatives and delegates from LINK Scheme members including card issuing banks and cash machine operators.
The Council publishes annual reports which provide further details of the Council's objectives, members, activities and forward-looking priorities, together with the Committee's assessment of the LINK Scheme's performance against its consumer interest objectives.

Contacting the LINK Consumer Council
The Council is not responsible for individual cardholder complaints. These should be addressed to the relevant card issuer or cash machine operator. The Council may, however, choose to raise with the LINK Scheme concerns evident from consumer complaints. Members of the public or any interested body may make a representation to the Council by contacting the LINK Scheme through the LINK website or by telephoning 0345 602 3824.
