If you are a member of the public and you have a query relating to an ATM transaction you should always contact your card issuer first. The LINK members' page has links through to their websites and the FAQs also have further information.

If you would like a cash machine or think you know of a good location for one, then please suggest a site  and we will pass on the details to cash machine operators.  If you have a query about a cash machine already on your premises, please see the FAQ or Site owners pages for details.  LINK does not install or operate individual cash machines.

If you are a member of the public and have a query about a specific cash machine then, in most cases, it is best to contact the ATM operator directly. Their name should be clearly displayed on the ATM itself and links to all ATM operators' websites are available on the LINK members' page.
