Management InformationLINK network Members are provided with valuable statistical information to help them manage their ATM resource effectively. In particular, LINK helps its Member institutions to manage fraud and/or customer queries at its ATMs by providing access to an online transaction database - TARDIS - which enables Members to retrieve details of any disputed ATM transaction. A fraud detection and alert system is provided as part of the core service. Transactions may be analysed to detect suspicious activity and the Member notified of those cards that might have been used for fraudulent transactions. All services offered to participating institutions are supported by detailed service level agreements. Full monitoring and reporting against service level targets are provided and regular customer reviews are an integral part of the LINK service. |
