LINK Interchange Network Limited ("LINK") has announced two new appointments to its senior management team.

Edwin Latter, formerly Head of Payment Systems Oversight at the Bank of England, has been appointed Director of Scheme Management to succeed Howard Aiken on his retirement later this year. Mr Latter will be responsible for managing the operation of the Card Scheme to ensure that it remains the scheme of choice for all shared ATM transactions in the UK .

Graham Mott, latterly Head of ATMs at Abbey plc, has been appointed to the newly created role of Head of Planning and Development (Scheme Management). Mr Mott will be responsible for proactively managing the relationships with the Network Members to define, identify and promote change within the LINK Card Scheme.

Both Mr Latter and Mr Mott take up their duties with immediate effect.
