What does the role involve?
Providing programme and project support across LINK’s busy Change and Delivery portfolio. This is a hands-on role at the heart of LINK’s transformation activity, offering exposure to a wide range of strategic initiatives across technology, operations and regulated change. The role supports the Principal Programme Manager, Project Managers and wider Delivery team to ensure that change activity is well-structured, well-governed and aligned to organisational priorities.
This role is responsible for:
- Maintaining core programme and project controls, including plans and RAID logs and delivery trackers, helping the team deliver with clarity, consistency and confidence.
- Coordinating governance activity, preparing high-quality papers and updates for Project Boards and forums.
- Maintaining a central repository of processes, templates and documentation.
- Supporting financial and resource management, including tracking supplier day-rate usage, maintaining PO and forecast trackers.
- Producing clear, high-impact reporting and communication materials for dashboards, packs and presentations used by senior leadership.
- Identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes, contributing to continuous improvement, audit readiness and the maturity of LINK’s delivery frameworks.
