LINK's role as Coordination Body is to carry out Cash Access Assessments following a community request or because a cash access facility is closing or has closed. LINK is not involved in decisions regarding bank branch closures.

Please note, submitting multiple requests for the same location does not increase the likelihood of success. LINK will assess the location request based on the key points raised, not the number of appeals submitted.
